The process of creating books is similar to that of creating topics, but even simpler. Click on the book icon, located beneath the topic icon. Add an appropriate title for the book, which, again, likely corresponds to a feature in the IFs program. Move the book around to the desired location using the arrows located at the left side of the Robohelp box.
Books are used to organize topics into coherent groups. For example, examine the book Self-Managed Display, located in the Display book. The book for Self-Managed Display is itself composed of several other books, which contain various topics that largely correspond to features found on the Full Variables/Parameters screen, such as Variable Selection Options and its sub-features. The books are used to keep the user from being overwhelmed with a large array of topics to choose from, by grouping the topics together in a logical and easy to follow manner.
